What are the special features of an electric buggy?
An electric car without a driving licence belongs to the category of light motorised quadricycles, 2-seater vehicles whose power is limited to 6 kW and whose maximum speed cannot exceed 45 km/h. You can drive an electric VSP from the age of 14 with an AM licence, and travel freely in town and country off the main roads. Safer than a two-wheeler for teenagers, it’s easy to handle and perfectly suited to everyday journeys: its small size means you can weave in and out of traffic and park without difficulty!
An electric buggy is fitted with a battery that can be recharged directly at home via a domestic socket or at a public charging point. Range varies according to battery capacity: depending on the model, you can cover between 50 and 100 km.
